Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ARG Human Resources Advisor. As a key member of our advisory team, you will leverage your technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to provide strategic advice and support for our Unica Suite and related technologies.

Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and success by offering both pre-sales and post-sales guidance. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Unica Suite and related technologies.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to clients and prospects, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Address technical queries with precision and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring optimal solution delivery.
  • Assist clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Unica solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide best practice recommendations to help clients maximize the value of their Unica investment.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams, focusing on Unica's features and capabilities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying their unique needs and providing personalized, impactful solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new Unica features and enhancements.
  • Actively contribute to improving Unica-related processes and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Unica or other marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
