Your role will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and success by offering both pre-sales and post-sales guidance. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Unica Suite and related technologies.
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients and prospects, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Address technical queries with precision and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring optimal solution delivery.
- Assist clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Unica solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Provide best practice recommendations to help clients maximize the value of their Unica investment.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for clients and internal teams, focusing on Unica's features and capabilities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying their unique needs and providing personalized, impactful solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new Unica features and enhancements.
- Actively contribute to improving Unica-related processes and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Unica or other marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
