Job Summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Leader to join our team. As an Industrialization Leader, you will be responsible for optimizing products and processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement industrial scenarios to align with the company's industrial strategy.
- Manage a team of industrialization engineers to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as investments, product costs, expenses, quality targets, and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with project and factory teams to drive industrialization projects from select gate to sell gate.
- Participate in project life cycles and support factory operations during the first production phase.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs with factories during the first year of production.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in process and part quality definition, industrialization of new products.
- Advanced level of English.
- Open to travel 30% of the time worldwide.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Team player.
- Negotiation skills.
