Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to join our team at Brambles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning and allocation of orders for all types of flows, materials, and qualities to ensure customer satisfaction and stock optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjust and plan flows and production plans to country detail and daily planning of stocks, transfers, flows, and new pallet deliveries in coordination with Central Planning team.
- Manage plant level inventories at optimal levels balancing plant capacities to ensure service is not compromised for costs.
- Lead the execution of the seasonal supply surge to include forecasting, communication, execution, and exception management.
- Local use and expertise of optimization tools (JDA, etc.).
- Ensure Local Logistics Office reporting needs (specific customized reports production).
- Ensure customer satisfaction, being compliant with established SLA's.
Requirements
- Diploma/Middle (FP in Spain) grade studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of CHEP, Negotiation, and commercial would be a plus.
- 1 to 2 years working in a Supply Chain environment, as well as stock management experience.
Skills and Knowledge
- SAP (or similar) and JDA.
- Displays a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Technical competencies to include: stock control levels, demand and forecast planning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, self-initiative, and results-driven.
- MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical skills.
Language
- English.
- French would be a plus.
