Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our global Architecture and Technology organization in the Madrid IT Hub. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and continuing our growth in DevOps adoption, with a focus on Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, evolve, and mature DevOps practices in SGS
  • Migrate and improve projects onto GitHub, including CI/CD and Shift-left
  • Be an expert and point of contact to support teams in their adoption of DevOps
  • Management and administration of DevOps platforms
  • Support other developers and managers to evangelize DevOps
Requirements
  • Experience with managing DevOps tools and building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
  • Experience in Azure Cloud, especially PaaS offerings
  • Experience/Knowledge of IaC with Bicep, Terraform, ARM, or similar
  • Develop documentation to help SGS developer community
  • Review and advise on technical specifications and designs
  • Stay current with new services and trends in the market
Your Profile
  • Mid/senior experience level, 2+ years of experience in DevOps environments and workstreams
  • Some prior programming experience and understanding of developer teams and developer experience
  • Experience in international companies and projects
  • Able to work effectively in highly remote setups
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
