About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Fraud and Financial Crime Risk Management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial crime risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial crime risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess financial crime risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to business units on financial crime risk management and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in financial crime risk management and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in financial crime risk management and compliance, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective financial crime risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business units and regulatory bodies.
  • Good understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in relation to France, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
