Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of medical writers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical content.
- Develop and implement content strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and career development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance and excellence in medical writing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or communications.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in clinical and scientific communications, including 2 years of formal people management experience.
- Prior experience in regulatory medical writing and a strong understanding of relevant guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
