About the Role

We are currently seeking a Clinical Research Network Coordinator to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a country-specific referral network in various therapeutic indications.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and select Referring Centers and Investigators, providing training and ongoing support on the referral process
  • Implement country-specific referral process guidelines and trainings for Referring Physicians
  • Prepare, conduct, and report qualification visits to Referring Centers, as well as further visits on demand
  • Organize effective meetings with Referring Physicians, write minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Support Referring Physicians and their staff to ensure proper and accurate task performance
  • Maintain referral process-specific documentation
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science or healthcare field
  • At least 3-4 years of clinical research experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Prior experience in communication with Key Opinion Leaders as CRA/Senior CRA
  • Fluent working proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Investigators and Study Nurses
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • PC skills to work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
