Claims Examiner

The Claims Analyst is responsible for processing claims, receiving information from clients, and entering relevant data into the company's claims database.

• Verify the accuracy of documents received from claimants or intermediaries.
• Encode reported claims in the GENWEB system and set up loss reserves.
• Evaluate claims and provide recommendations.
• Assign claims to independent adjusters when necessary.
• Communicate with adjusters, claimants, insured parties, and other stakeholders to determine liability and coverage.
• Prepare in-house reports and compute probable liability for compensable claims.
• Respond to inquiries related to assigned accounts and provide necessary information.
• Maintain proper files for claims by collecting and organizing relevant documents and setting up new claims using the company system.
• Stay up-to-date with insurance product knowledge.
• Develop investigation plans for claims and gather necessary documents and information.

• Not more than 30 years old.
• Preferably with a background in Non-Life Insurance or Service Centers (auto repair estimate).
