Program Overview

RMC Asia is actively recruiting talent for Marriott's guest relations interns in Hong Kong. As part of our Cultural Exchange Programs, this position offers participants the exclusive opportunity to work at one of Hong Kong's top 5-star hotels and immerse themselves in the city's fascinating culture.

Responsibilities

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, areas, and venues
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Address customer complaints
  • Record information in the logbook daily
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
  • Perform other related duties in the front office department
