Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Consultant to join our team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our SAP GTS services, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic Compliance Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, track, and resolve 2nd and 3rd level support tickets for SAP GTS services
  • Analyze technical application problems and identify sources of errors and solutions
  • Apply project-related or demand-based adjustments to SAP GTS standards
  • Work closely with customers to create tailored implementation specifications
  • Implement complex requirements via SAP GTS customizing
  • Conduct presentations and workshops for customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, informatics, logistics, or a related field
  • SAP application expert with industry experience or relevant professional experience as SAP logistics IT-module lead
  • Initial experience in foreign trade and SAP GTS is an advantage
  • Experience in processing support requests (incidents, changes, and service requests)
  • Desirable: experience with Fiori applications relevant to the GTS area and knowledge of SAP interface technology and programming
  • Service-oriented work style with a proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of English or German
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, company events, and training
