International Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Manager to join our team at the Motherson Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in tax accounting and finance, particularly in Spanish and Portuguese territories.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in similar roles, with expertise in tax reconciliation, filings, and compliance. They will be responsible for managing tax payments, preparing and submitting tax returns, and ensuring timely compliance with different taxes and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Tax Reconciliation and Filings: Responsible for the technical side of compliance with different taxes and reporting, including direct and indirect taxes.
- Tax Payments and Returns: Prepare and submit all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) for all legal entities in the assigned territory.
- Operational Taxes: Manage all operational taxes, including tax registrations, and provide tax reporting packages.
- Tax Audits and Research: Coordinate tax audits, gather information, and support implementation of tax audit strategies. Conduct tax research and provide support in international tax matters.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in tax accounting and finance, preferably in multinational companies.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Spanish local GAAP and IFRS rules, DTA and DTL calculations, SAP dominance, and IT-friendly skills.
- Languages: Effective communication skills in English and Spanish, with ability to work well within a team across various business jurisdictions.
