About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst Incident Response Specialist to join our dynamic team of cybersecurity professionals at Swiss Re. As a key member of our Cyber Defence team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization's systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Incident Response Playbooks: Own the creation of IR playbooks in collaboration with monitoring & response team.
  2. Project Management: Lead projects extending the capabilities of our incident response platform.
  3. Design Authority: Decide & prioritize how new processes are built & delivered.
  4. IR Processes: Work with the monitoring & response team to identify pain processes, come up with solutions and coordinate their implementation with other teams.
Requirements
  1. Min. 3 years of work experience in cyber security with extensive automation touchpoints.
  2. Experience with product analysis / ownership.
  3. Experience in leading projects across multiple teams.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Desirable Skills
  1. Agile work methodologies.
  2. Technical writing.
  3. Metrics definition & reporting.
  4. Product evaluation processes (RFI, RFP, POC).
Personal Competencies
  1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  2. Effective communication and presentation abilities to articulate and present complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  3. Stakeholder management experience.
  4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
