Vèringer Engineering is committed to innovation and sustainability. We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our team in a cutting-edge scientific project for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving instructions and executing work with varying degrees of supervision, depending on the task's technical complexity. They will analyze work packages, follow production plans, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and executing work instructions
  • Analyzing and following production plans
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Cleaning and preparing parts for assembly
  • Safely operating crane/hoist/trolley

Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in heavy boilermaking work
  • 3-10 years of experience in the requested position
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Maintenance of equipment and tools

Qualifications include:

  • Crane operator certification
  • Working at height and in confined spaces
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Meticulous and precise work

Key Competencies:

  • Multidisciplinary profile or willingness to train in welding, boilermaking, and assembly
  • Availability for long-term work abroad
