Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Regulatory Manager to join our team at Fagron GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage corporate quality management programs, including certification processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake and manage regulatory inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the efficient execution of corrective action programs, internal audits, and other quality management subsystem elements.
  • Translate business strategy into quality standards and implement processes to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Act as a qualified person to release products and analyses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with national and international legislation and guidelines, and communicate changes to the team.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation databases and ensure all employees are aware of applicable procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes to receive approval for products and services.
  • Identify compliance issues and conduct internal investigations to improve processes and prevent non-compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management and regulatory affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
