Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class service to clients' customers, working on projects for top brands worldwide.
  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Record data in the CRM system and collaborate with the team to drive success.
What We're Looking For:
  • A close to native level of French and Flemish.
  • Knowledge of the value of excellent customer experience.
  • Technical understanding and previous knowledge are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a team and commit to your work.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • A valid Spanish work permit or EU citizenship.
