Customer Care Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Care Agent with German language skills. Our client, a rapidly growing company in the corporate travel industry, offers a one-stop solution for managing and booking travel, providing innovative, tech-driven services.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to business clients with their travel arrangements
- Collaborate with external partners to handle booking-related problems
- Aim to exceed customer expectations by delivering top-tier service in managing their requests and reservations
- Apply company guidelines to solve issues, while thinking creatively when standard solutions aren't enough
- Take initiative to foresee and resolve potential problems before they arise
- Keep up with product developments and feature rollouts to stay informed about new offerings

- Experience in the corporate travel industry is a plus
