Wording Underwriter

Grupo Crit is seeking a highly skilled Wording Underwriter to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our subscription agency, you will be responsible for creating and issuing policies, including product codes, conditions, and policy generation.

• Creation and issuance of policies, including product codes, conditions, and policy generation.
• Maintenance and updating of the unique general condition with versions and change control for each renewal.
• Correction of errors in the redacted condition of Maná to improve clarity of guarantees.
• Maintenance of Maná conditions in all necessary languages and with a focus on text standardization.
• Redaction of new coverages to incorporate into the Maná condition.
• Collaboration with the Underwriting Manager and IM Technical Team on calculations of siniestrality and rentability of Maná accounts.
• Creation of renewal supplements for all Maná policies.
• Communication and information sharing with the White Horse insurer.
• Authorization of exceptional contracts and special requests from the ATE team of InterMundial.

• Higher education degree that enables the development of tasks and negotiation with various stakeholders.
• Minimum two years of experience in risk subscription and/or guarantee redaction/interpretation.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Competencies in data treatment: Excel, SAS, ETL.
• High level of coordination and negotiation skills, with project management, analysis, planning, and organization abilities.
