Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements from solar developers, engineers, and EPCs to identify workflow pain points.
- Translate complex solar design needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Track market trends in solar design tools, construction methods, and industry regulations to inform product strategy.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for new features.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to measure the impact of automation features on project efficiency.
- Support product backlog prioritization and contribute to roadmap planning.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback on usability and automation accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business analysis for technical software products, preferably in SaaS.
