Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an International Sales Strategy Manager in Madrid or Almería. This role involves implementing strategic projects across multiple markets, supporting our Business Units, and analyzing market trends.
Responsibilities
- Gaining skills and knowledge to manage sales teams and become a General Sales Manager.
- Providing internal consultation to analyze business performance and implement action plans.
- Identifying best practices and training employees on different aspects of their roles.
- Analyzing the market, implementing strategy projects, and promoting the Cosentino Business Model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Construction topics (preferred).
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Fluent English, second language a plus.
- Knowledge about our business.
- Driving license.
