Swim Instructor Job Description

At Club La Santa, we're seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our team of sports professionals. As a Swim Instructor, you'll be responsible for teaching a wide range of swimming lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach swimming lessons in the pool and on the poolside
  • Develop and lead group and personal swimming sessions
  • Focus on techniques, breathing, strength, endurance, speed, intervals, splits, and technique
  • Provide swim video analysis for guests upon request
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Requirements:
  • Instructor education or qualifications in swimming
  • 1 year of experience in coaching, training, or teaching swimming for children, adults, beginners, and advanced swimmers
  • Fluent in English; secondary Spanish and/or Danish a plus
