We are seeking a skilled and engaging SAT instructor to join our team in La Canada Flintridge. As an SAT instructor, you will play a critical role in helping students achieve their academic goals by providing high-quality instruction and support.
Responsibilities:- Teach material based on the new digital SAT format, adapting to students' needs and keeping them engaged with the material both online and in person.
- Instruct students in a dynamic and supportive manner, motivating them to build stronger, more confident learners.
- Model professionalism and accountability at all times, showing up to class on time and holding students accountable for assignments.
- Create an open, safe, and positive learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing one.
- Confident and engaging discussion leader.
- Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
- Availability on nights and/or weekends.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and computer in a reliably quiet location.
- Live within 30 miles of an in-person course location and work in person when requested.
