Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Controls Manager to join our team at TK Elevator. As a key member of our Internal Control System (ICS) team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the ICS environment in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. ICS System Management: Manage and enhance the ICS system in collaboration with cross-functional teams, serving as the primary contact for Italy and Portugal and supporting ICS activities for Spain.
  2. Testing and Compliance: Conduct ICS testing activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and identifying areas for improvement, and manage the ICS system, tracking measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  3. Remediation and Process Improvement: Support the implementation of remediation plans required to close identified control gaps and to optimize local processes, striving for increased automation and efficiency.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Report and communicate with the regional management the results of ICS testing and support required to implement the remediation plans.
  5. Initiatives and Optimization: Lead and implement initiatives aimed at optimizing the local ICS system, focusing on enhancing transparency and efficacy.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Internal Controls, preferably in an international setting, audit, or advisory (Big4).
  3. Skills: Experience in IT General Controls (ITGC), proven track record in process improvement, automation, and enhancing business results, strong initiative, proactive approach, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  4. Language Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Italian; knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is advantageous.
