About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and ensure the financial health of Kosmos Holding and its business units. As a member of the leadership team and reporting to the CEO, this role is a strategic advisor for the President and CEO, as well as a thoughtful partner for business leaders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's strategic financial planning
  • Direct the annual budget plan, in close partnership with functional leaders and the Executive Committee
  • Lead a team of functional experts across the finance scope, to ensure appropriate business planning and accurate controlling and accounting
  • Define and track strategic KPIs of the company (margins, pricing, business development, etc.)
  • Analyze financial performance, in order to make correct decisions to guarantee compliance with the company's goals
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and financial processes that optimize company management
  • Prepare business managerial reporting (Profit & Loss, balance sheet, cash flows,...) on a monthly basis
  • Monitor the cash flow into and out of the organization, and calculate the working capital and cash flow projection of the company, on a monthly basis
  • Supervise the audit, taxes and other fiscal matters of the organization, being in contact with external advisory companies
  • Manage the organization's financial information through financial reports, both internal and those established by legal regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar
  • 15 years' experience within the Finance function and 5 years in a managerial role
  • Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and very operationally, and great listening skills
  • Fluency in English is a must, and Spanish knowledge is desirable
