Job Summary: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing inventory levels, and maintaining cost efficiency across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
- Manage domestic and international shipping and logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage supply chain operations, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the e-commerce or home decor industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000 - $35,000 per year
