**Sales Leadership and Strategy Manager**
In this pivotal role at Regal Rexnord, you will assume responsibility for directing and executing sales plans and programs tailored to specific markets. As the Senior Manager Sales Marine, you will lead a team in developing client relationship management strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and proposing innovative solutions to meet client needs. This position may be based in North America or Europe, aligning with Regal Rexnord's global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage a team of Sales Account Managers and Vertical Account Managers who interact daily with end-users, direct OEMs, industrial distributors, and channel partners.
- Perform performance management of the team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Develop and execute disciplined selling processes to achieve quota targets, focusing on purposeful account planning, time and territory management, and funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency.
- Perform annual review of account segmentation and assignments to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Deploy sales resources to effectively meet or exceed annual team and individual quota targets.
- Develop and build sales talent within the organization, enhancing bench strength and driving sales growth.
- Collaborate effectively with Vertical Sales Directors and National Accounts Director to align sales strategies and drive market share growth.
- Provide management with market trends, competition information, VOC input, and industry happenings to inform business decisions.
- Execute strategic plans, serving as the escalation point for sales associates and internal customer issues.
- Maintain a review cadence on funnel and ATOs with sellers and business unit partners to drive sales performance.
- Manage and measure sales performance through analytics, insights, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Utilize CRM dashboards to communicate progress against established objectives and leverage KPIs to coach sellers.
- Facilitate regional meetings and lead customer-related training and plant visits to drive competency and awareness.
- Address customer issues, coordinate on quality topics, and manage the root-cause countermeasure (RCCM) process.
- Prioritize trade organization participation and leadership to drive continuous improvement opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
