Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and define integration strategies for ERP and adjacent systems.
- Lead integration efforts across business processes, tech stacks and data pipelines.
- Ensure seamless integration of cloud and on-prem systems using tools like Infor ION, IPA, MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Collaborate with internal teams, project managers and vendors to meet delivery milestones.
- Write technical documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot integration issues; support QA/testing cycles.
- Oversee implementation from planning to execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Must-Have Experience: 7+ years in integration analysis (ERP-focused).
- Proven hands-on expertise with Infor ION / IPA, MuleSoft, Oracle or similar tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Background in healthcare systems.
- At least B2 level of English.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python).
