The Project

As a key member of the AWWG finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and supporting informed decision-making by senior management. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial business plans to analyze new business opportunities in conjunction with Group Commercial Management. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Executive Committee and Shareholders, highlighting key trends and variances. Conduct monthly reviews of sales and margins, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with the FP&A department on performance improvement projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the annual budget preparation process, working closely with cross-functional teams. Requirements

What We're Looking For

Proven understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing business environments and prioritize tasks accordingly. High level of proficiency in Excel and English language. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering results.
