The Role: We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and leading negotiations to ensure the continuity of supply and delivery of high-quality packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support business needs
- Manage service for packaging material supply, mitigating upcoming supply/service risks through innovative and creative solutions
- Monitor capacity and capability at suppliers and liaise with contract coverage on key materials
- Lead and support global and/or regional negotiations
- Execute contract negotiations and leverage business and digital tools as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Minimum three years working experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably within FMCG)
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and leading negotiations
- Familiar with cost modeling and contracting strategies
