- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on advanced process control solutions, including system integration and hardware installation.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement mathematical models to predict system behavior and configure online applications to improve product quality, production capacity, and energy usage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process control and automation, and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or other engineering discipline with a focus on modeling, statistics, or process control.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in implementing advanced control solutions in a process manufacturing environment, with a strong background in industrial control systems and supervisory control applications.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Travel: Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, typically 1 or 2 week trips, with occasional international projects.
- Advanced Degree: Master's degree in chemical engineering or other engineering discipline with a focus on modeling, statistics, or process control.
- Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as those related to process control or automation.
- Rockwell Automation Experience: Experience working with Rockwell Automation products and solutions, including model predictive control products and predictive emissions monitoring systems.
