About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Associate with expertise in German language to join our elite annotation and data analysis team at Amazon. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for processing a variety of tasks with exceptional efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dive into a diverse array of annotation and data analysis tasks, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
  • Provide hands-on floor support to the Operations Manager, working closely with Data Associates to help prioritize their workload and deliver on business-critical needs.
  • Track and report on crucial operational metrics of Data Associates, ensuring flawless delivery on all KPIs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with your team to identify and implement process efficiencies, continuously enhancing productivity.
  • Apply your sound judgment to make informed decisions within established guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and German (C1/C2 level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like linguistics.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology.
