Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing services that meet the company's testing strategy and product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Test Planning and Execution
You will be in charge of developing and executing detailed test plans that meet the testing strategy and product vision. This will involve defining and prioritizing acceptance test cases, executing test cases during sprints, and monitoring test coverage to ensure maximum integration and user stories coverage.
Test Case Development and ExecutionYou will be responsible for developing and executing test cases that meet the user story acceptance criteria. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that test cases are aligned with product requirements and that testing is effective.
Test Coverage and Quality AssuranceYou will be responsible for monitoring test coverage and ensuring that testing is effective. This will involve analyzing test results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure that testing is meeting the company's quality standards.
Collaboration and CommunicationYou will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer success. This will involve communicating test results, providing feedback on product quality, and collaborating with teams to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven Experience in Software Testing
You will have a proven track record of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsYou will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent Communication and Collaboration SkillsYou will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
