About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at BOHO CLUB. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing a range of spa treatments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Greet all clients and provide information about spa services and products.
- Treatment Delivery: Perform a variety of spa treatments, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Client Recommendations: Recommend appropriate treatments based on client needs and follow-up appointments in the computer system.
- Client Charging: Charge clients for services performed and promote spa products to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist.
- Qualifications: NVQ level 2, 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, OND or HND, VTCT, City & Guilds.
- Environment: Experience in a hotel environment or spa.
- Preferred Qualification: Diploma in Beauty and Spa Therapy.
- Language Skills: English and Spanish at a professional level; other languages (French, German, Russian, Arabic) are highly valued.

- Efficiency: Efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service: Enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Treatment Standards: Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per BOHO CLUB protocols.
- Client Needs: Ensure beauty treatments meet the needs of the client.
- Room Allocation: Allocate all rooms daily, in liaison with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Therapists to deliver outstanding client care and treatment standards.
- Client Greeting: Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
- Supervisory Experience: Experience at supervisory level within a five-star hotel spa environment.
- Stock Control: Oversee stock control processes.
- Confidentiality: Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy.
- Incident Reporting: Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention.
- Special Skills: Skills such as Breathwork and Sound Healing are an advantage.
People & Development:
- Supply Management: Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
- Culture Development: Develop a culture of excellence within the team.
- Training & Meetings: Participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
- Spa Promotion: Promote the spa, treatments, services, and available programs.
- Client Relationships: Maintain professional and personalized relationships with regular guests.
- Guest Support: Handle guests' questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
