Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Assist clients in setting up their Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless account management.
  • Sales and Customer Support: Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and resolve any issues that may arise with existing accounts.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or relevant practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of Local Services Ads and the ability to optimize profiles based on best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • Minimum tenure of 9 months in your current role.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and fluency in English.
