About the Role:
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers' Anaplan solutions. As a key contact for customers, you will work closely with our Partners and Professional Services team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive high return on investment (ROI).

Your Impact:
• Handle a portfolio of customers with a focus on improving their ROI and securing contract renewal
• Serve as the primary Anaplan point of contact and trusted adviser during the customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal resources to execute account strategies and identify opportunities for growth within existing customers
• Connect customers to other areas of Anaplan, including Product, Support, Community, and Sales, as well as our partner network
• Monitor customer end-user adoption and sponsorship, building action plans to remedy any issues
• Guide customers in achieving strong adoption and support their business transformation goals through Anaplan's platform capability
• Promote engagement with Anaplan through community usage, user groups, and event participation
• Educate customers on our Platform Roadmap and run regular scheduled customer check-ins

Implementation:
Work with customers, Partners, and Professional Services teams to ensure implementation success and service quality exceeds customer expectations. Coach customers to create and manage a delivery model and change management framework to support their Anaplan journey.

Requirements:
As a highly motivated and results-driven individual, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. You should have a solid understanding of business planning and performance management concepts, as well as experience working with cloud-based platforms. A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
