Building Operations Manager

Talentview For Alfamart Trading is a dynamic organization that offers career success opportunities. Our Super Minimart is designed to serve the needs of local Filipino neighborhoods & communities.
As a Building Admin Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all Alfamart facilities. You will ensure that buildings and premises are well-maintained, secure, and comply with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely repairs and facility upkeep.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment breakdowns and ensure facility efficiency.
- Ensure that all facilities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor building security, including access control systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment, to ensure the safety of employees and assets.
- Manage utility services (electricity, water, waste management) and monitor consumption to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, building inspections, and facility operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on building conditions, maintenance activities, and budget usage to senior management.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for employees by overseeing janitorial services, waste disposal, and pest control.
- Respond to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, or safety hazards, and coordinate immediate repairs.
- Train and supervise building staff on safety protocols, facility management best practices, and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in building administration, facility management, or property management.
