The ideal candidate will have broad experience working as a QA Automation Manager and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. They will be able to define and document test strategies, including functional, non-regression, automated, acceptance, and end-to-end performance test plans.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop an end-to-end integrated functional test plan, user acceptance test plan for the release, and performance test plan. Additionally, you will develop test cases, monitor and manage the overall progress of tests, and communicate their status effectively.
We are looking for someone who has good analytical and problem-solving skills, is well-organized, and able to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions. A good understanding of Java, API programming, and CI/CD processes is essential.
