About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Account Strategist to join our Emerging Benelux & Nordics team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the continued expansion of our business in the region.

Your primary responsibility will be to retain and grow a wide range of existing business coming from various industries and to develop strategic partnerships across Criteo's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational account management to small to medium-sized advertisers in line with our service level agreements.
  • Grow revenue and optimize accounts to improve performance for the client.
  • Advise on client's digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo's technology across channels and devices.
  • Optimize accounts to improve performance for small to medium-sized clients and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions to overcome those.
  • Be able to respond to questions around measurement, and more specifically incrementality and attribution.
  • Use a consultative approach to upsell new solutions, specifically understanding your clients' objectives and pitching relevant solutions that are connected to their short-term business plans.

Requirements:

  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications.
  • Passion for new media, internet trends, and continual learning.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills across all levels.
  • Ability to act as a consultant and be reactive in front of any potential situations.
  • Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made.
  • Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing related field.
  • Fluent in English, and Dutch or a Nordic language would be a plus.
