As a key member of the Global Procurement Organization (GPO), you will be responsible for leading the procurement function across all categories, including raw materials, indirect logistics, and contractors.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead procurement activities within the HUB, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Collaborate with site management to address needs, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk reduction.
- Manage and develop a local procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization and develop strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, with an additional master's degree in business preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement and contracting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrable success in managing complex, cross-functional procurement activities and developing/executing key processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
