Job Overview

Cosentino, a leading global company in the design and production of surfaces for architecture and design, is seeking an Urban Space Ambassador to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

• Welcome and engage every customer, providing exceptional customer service with the goal of developing long-term relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Assist walk-ins and customers with appointments, offering support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to help them understand the benefits of the Cosentino brand.
• Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area, managing these relationships through face-to-face visits to generate sales according to assigned targets.
• Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments, checking stock for materials when requested, and highlighting potential stock issues to help them achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Work with City Managers and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the Urban Space and leads.
• Register visits and leads in Salesforce.
