Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and development of AI solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and technical standards.
- Oversee the entire technical implementation of AI projects, from concept through to deployment.
- Implement best practices for AI testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and explore new AI products and use cases.
- Design AI solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Promote and deploy AI products like Copilot 365 and MoveWorks across the organization.
- Foster cross-team collaboration on generative AI (GenAI) projects and initiatives.
- Regularly assess the performance and impact of AI solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a DWS ambassador on GenAI alongside other team members.
About the Ideal Candidate:
