- Organize and track wholesale orders, invoices, and deliveries
- Research and identify new potential trade and showroom partners
- Handle online customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Provide personalized shopping assistance for VIP clients
- Track e-commerce orders and ensure smooth logistics and follow-ups
- Experience in luxury sales, e-commerce customer service, or client relations
- Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and premium experiences
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn about wholesale, trade partnerships, and luxury sales
