Splio is a rapidly growing scale-up in the marketing and digital technology market, headquartered in Paris. The company has around 200 employees spread across 4 offices in Europe and MEA.
We offer a SaaS marketing platform that integrates CDP and Marketing Automation, along with essential CRM features (loyalty, Mobile Wallets), into a single AI-powered platform.
Our platform enables CRM teams in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and Telecoms to communicate and engage with their customers in a personalized manner across all channels (email, SMS, Push Wallet...).
Over 500 retail, e-commerce, FMCG, and Telecom companies across Europe and MEA use our platform daily, including Nature et Découvertes, Longchamp, Bazarchic, APC, The Kooples, Fnac-Darty, Micromania, Faguo, Cyrillus, Orange, and Samsung.
Job OverviewThis role involves working with a feature team utilizing lightweight development workflows, requiring autonomy and a strong sense of ownership. You will collaborate closely with our front guild to ensure best practices are applied throughout the teams and our stack follows market trends.
You will work closely with our Product/UI/UX team to implement designed user-friendly components and manage performance of our real-time web application displaying high-density data.
You will contribute daily to all parts of our application's code base: code review, test, architecture design. Constantly interface with the teams involved in the project to ensure high-quality products are continuously deployed.
The technology stack includes Languages: Javascript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux. Dev Env: Gitlab, Docker, K8S.
Key Responsibilities- Tech (80%): Contribute to overall engineering at Splio. Develop new features with your team. Ensure security, reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency are included in technical and architectural discussions.
- Leadership (20%): As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide guidance, allowing teams to discover and learn independently. Handle complex problems and bring clarity to them. Actively question decisions and provide guidance based on experience to identify risks and ensure no stone is left unturned.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills to build relationships, trust, and respect. A solid background in technology to handle new technologies and challenge technical choices is also required.
Good technical architectural skills and a strong interest in engineering practices are necessary. Ability to lead by example, hands-on, and own tasks comfortably dealing with change and uncertainty during the software development lifecycle.
A good knowledge of Agile development practices and good English skills (speaking and writing) are also required.
Benefits- 12 Splio days (days off), in addition to the legal 25 days.

The contract type is full-time and the place is Barcelona (SPAIN). We estimate the salary to be around €65,000-€85,000 per annum depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
