Procurement Solutions Architect

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in procurement and technology? We are looking for a skilled Digital Procurement Specialist to join our team at PERSONALTALENT, S.L.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key initiatives, supporting the set up, implementation, and roll-out of sourcing & procurement digital tools, and evolving this capability at Altadia. This includes working alongside the Corporate IT team or other stakeholders to ensure an end-to-end and coordinated result.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a Business Translator and Procurement digital tools Product Owner, understanding functional needs and goals and translating them into technical requirements.
• Continuously identifying new tech enablers that can step-up Procurement ways of working, driving automation and efficiency in transactional work.
• eAuctions and large tenders' execution support, including understanding business/commercial needs and translating them into the best sourcing approaches.
• Procurement Master Data management, including evolving and maintaining a global taxonomy for all categories of spend, materials' master, and suppliers' master.
• Leading and executing Special Procurement Projects, such as supporting separation/integration of newly acquired businesses, conducting synergy assessments, and driving cost optimization assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A progressive career track within Technology at an International Company, ideally with Worldwide operations, plus 2-4 years of experience.
• Familiarity with Procurement and SAP, knowledge of key Procurement technology (Ariba, Coupa, or others).
• Knowledge/experience of the Industrial Goods, Chemical, and/or Manufacturing Industries, preferable.
• Experience in Analytics, Data Science practices of top technology firms, highly desirable.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
