Campaign Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Management Specialist to join our team at Condé Nast. As a key member of our Campaign Management team, you will be responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display and video.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Campaigns: Set up and execute programmatic and direct campaigns for our customers across display, mobile, and video channels.
- Support Campaign Management Team: Assist the campaign management team in their daily tasks, such as availability requests, creating campaign evaluations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with Vendors: Work with outsourced vendor partners to handle tasks associated with launching campaigns.
- Monitor Campaign Performance: Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimizing against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.
- Advise Sales Departments: Provide guidance to internal sales departments on campaign conception and ad serving guidelines.
- Mediate between Departments: Facilitate communication between individual departments, such as Sales, Digital Media Strategy, Project Management, Creatives, and client partners.
- Support Sales System Globalization Project: Participate in the creation of the digital product catalogue, update settings in the AdServer GAM, validate existing campaigns, onboard and adopt new system, workflow, and processes.
- At least 6 months of Ad Operations/Campaign Management experience.
- Proficiency with Google Ad Manager (GAM) is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to self-prioritize tasks.
- Experience with Excel, comfortable with organizing data.
- Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite or any OMS is beneficial.
- Knowledge of developer tools or HTML is beneficial.
- English language fluency, with French language beneficial.
