  • Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements across various sectors.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to support business operations, including planning, customs, trade, logistics, marketing, R&D, and sales.
  • Develop and implement contract templates, processes, and training programs to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Offer strategic guidance on competition law and conduct legal research to stay current with best practices and emerging trends.
  • Advise HR and management on employment laws, draft policies, and support employee relations.
","Requirements","
  • University degree in Law from a reputable institution, preferably with additional advanced studies in business law.
  • Qualified attorney with bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
  • Good knowledge of Swiss and German employment law is a strong plus; familiarity with UK or French employment law is beneficial.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a law firm and in-house role within a multinational company.
  • Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is highly desirable.
