About the Role

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with Nordics to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative with Nordics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Nordics region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process incoming customer requests and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Verify customer and purchase order agreements to ensure accuracy.
  3. Respond to customer product inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Liaise with the logistics department to prepare and arrange the execution of shipments and monitor outbound activities.
  5. Ensure accurate pricing of customer orders and timely invoicing.
  6. Handle customer complaints and returning shipments in a fair and efficient manner.
  7. Monitor customer credit situations and liaise with the credit department and sales team.
  8. Support and interface with sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service.
  9. Work efficiently with internal departments and external parties to resolve customer issues.
  10. Maintain, update, and file customer documents, records, and internal documents.
  11. Balance competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in Finnish and English with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is an asset.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar position or industry is a plus.
  3. Experience with MS Office tools, ERP (SAP) is an asset.
