You will perform regular reporting on the status of market claims and corrective actions taken, including trends and outcomes. You will also manage and update databases related to market claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will collaborate with external/internal teams such as Aftersales, Customer services, Production, other Quality areas, Engineering, etc. to analyze trends and implement improvements.
