The successful candidate will coordinate the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in-store & outdoor branding and POSM, in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a college-level education in Marketing and 3 years' experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions; Category management experience. They must possess high level numeracy and analytical skills, effective influencing and negotiating skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to deliver results within required deadlines, assertive agent of change, ability to work effectively within a team environment or on own initiative, effective problem solver, effective planning and organizational skills, self-motivated and creative.
