We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll activities and/or data management/customer services activities.
Responsibilities- Process payroll end-to-end, ensuring delivery to agreed processing calendars and KPIs, or perform data management/customer service activities as required.
- Support statutory and year-end reporting, adhering to agreed calendars and KPIs.
- Utilize payroll expertise to advise clients on queries/issues, ensuring a strong understanding of country-specific legislation and tasks.
- Support knowledge transfer to apprentices and associates on data management/customer service activities.
- Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Contribute to system maintenance testing and liaise with third parties as needed.
- Ensure SOC controls are completed on time, with necessary evidence.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify accurate details and suggest preventative measures.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring audience understanding and application.
- Maintain DWIs to ensure processes are up-to-date and reflective of the service.
- Report system issues/defects correctly, logging tickets with necessary details and evidence.
- Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
- Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Contribute to team meetings, raising issues promptly to the Service Manager.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed as needed.
- Achieve 100% customer SLA attainment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and responsible behavior.
- Adhere to all security and compliance procedures, quality standards.
- Display flexibility in supporting a global, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent Dutch written and verbal skills, good English skills.
- Show self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
