Buscamos un Sales Consultant para nuestra tienda conceptual en Málaga. Como parte de nuestra plantilla, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y inspirador, donde la creatividad y la innovación son fundamentales.

Responsabilidades
  • Contestar directamente con el cliente, ofreciendo un servicio de alta calidad.
  • Orientar y prestar servicio a los clientes, garantizando que se sientan bienvenidos.
  • Descubrir los deseos y necesidades del cliente en nuestros Design Ateliers.
  • Prestar especial atención a las ventas en relación con el presupuesto y los objetivos personales.
  • Ayudar a los clientes por teléfono o por chat con preguntas de seguimiento o realizando pedidos.
  • Ayudar a que la tienda esté lista para las ventas, sea bonita e inspiradora.
  • Apoyar y colaborar estrechamente con el Assistant Store Manager y el Store Manager.
  • Ser responsable de la tienda cuando se ausenten los managers.
Requisitos
  • Tener experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente.
  • Tener una actitud positiva y ser una persona madura y preparada para asumir responsabilidades.
  • Tener un espíritu competitivo y no tener miedo al cambio.
  • Tener un interés en los muebles y el diseño de interiores.
  • Ser flexible y estar disponible para trabajar los días laborables, las tardes y los fines de semana.
